A STUDY REGARDING CORRELATION BETWEEN CONTENTS IN SOIL AND CONTENTS IN PARSLEY ROOTS OF CADMIUM, LEAD, ZINC AND COPPER IN SAMPLES COLLECTED FROM PRIVATE GARDENS IN COPSA MICA

Food security is a high-priority issue for sustainable global development both quantitatively and qualitatively. The increasing contamination of heavy metals in vegetables attributed to multiple pathways, such as industrial emissions, sewage sludge discharge, agrochemicals fertilizers abuse, it has become serious worldwide, especially developing countries. CopşaMicăhad the reputation being most polluted city Europe until Chernobyl nuclear accident. This was due emissions from two factories Carbosin, which produced carbon black Sometra, other source pollution, less visible, but much more point view impact on human health.For this study, were collected soil parsley (Petroselinum crispum) samples 36 households located CopşaMică area. obtained data used estimate accumulation cadmium, lead, zinc copper roots. by correlation factor between contents For cadmium value linear coefficient r = 0.571 0.381 lead indicating good content roots soil. copper, 0.139 0.035 not significantly different zero, that estimation cannot be described simple power-type regressions.
